Ingredients:
1 - 16 oz. container fat-free cottage cheese
1 - 1.4 oz. (4 servings) box sugar-free, fat-free vanilla pudding
1 - 8 oz. container fat-free Cool Whip
1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, in its own juice
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl
2. Mix well and chill
3. Stir again before serving.
